Why should you snag?
Every new building, whether it is house, a school or an office, needs to be snagged. It is the process of picking up the overlooked or faulty items that the building company has left behind, either through a lack of time, or unfortunately sometimes through a lack of care.
Every new build house will have a snagging period where you are allowed to submit to your builder a list of issues that you have found in your home which they have an obligation to fix. Our mission is to compile this list for you. Most people simply do not know what to look for - then you can arrange with your builder access times and arrangements for them to rectify the items on the list.
The best time to snag is the day you move in! The second best time to snag is as soon as you can after you have moved in. This gives the building company less time to blame any damage on you the homeowner.

Reports will be emailed to you and a printed copy will also be delivered to your home.
